At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be effortless even when things don't go as planned. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
